Jeff Hoeye is a co-founder and Managing Partner of LH Capital Holdings. Before LH, Jeff’s career in business focused on management, business development, client success, as well as new customer and technology implementations. Jeff’s 12 years of experience in both B2B and B2C account management and client relations brings a wealth of experience that brings added transparency to exceed client expectations. 

 

​Over the last 8 years, Jeff has been involved in all facets of the industry including the acquisition of short- and long-term investments, property rehabilitation, property management, and commercial real estate sales and leasing. Before founding Artisan Graham Real Estate, Jeff served as the Associate Broker for Century 21 Affiliated.   

 

Jeff received a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a professional certification in Real Estate Development from Cornell University. He is also an active member of the NAR and serves on the Board of Directors (Treasurer) for the Realtor Association of South Central Wisconsin. He is also an active member of the Commercial Brokers Group of Madison, and the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce.
